I was waiting for our lass sat in my car when a traffic warden started to give me a parking ticket...i got out of the car and said,why r u giving me a ticket,he said i wasn't displaying a disabled badge when parked in a disabled bay,i said well whats that then on my dash but he still tried to put the ticket on my car but i wouldn't let him.
I heard him radioed the local cctv and told them to watch him bc he said i was threatening him,load of bull,just then 2 mates of my came by so i told them what was happening,they said we will witness for you and go to court if we have to.
The traffice warden never put the ticket on my car but i got one throught the post today.
This is wrong getting traffice wardens who lie,they should be sacked and fined as this should be a criminal offence.
I took a video of my parked car,photos of the disabled badge and a photo of the traffic warden with my mobile phone for evidence.
Did he take a photo of your car, if you were sat in it and badges on display, he hasnt got a leg to stand on.
All the ones in my area have to have photo evidence.
