Hey, got a letter today saying that RBS are 'currently considering your claim and will respond to you as soon as possible.' I'm actually pretty surprised as the last letter they sent basically said you're not getting your money back and our charges are fair etc etc. So I give them 2 weeks to 'respond' then send the 3rd letter right...?
