...After sending Barclaycard the Microfished letter they finally sent me all my statements as requested

BUT

being a fool I have gone and lost them. Now I don't want to pay another £10 and wait another 40 days for a new set. Should I send them the you havent sent me the information requested under my S.A.R - (Subject access request) you have 7 days to comply letter?

Ummm...no! They have sent the information, and you well know it. If you were considering arguing that you have not received it, then they win again - they will have proof of sending it, and that is usually sufficient defence...after all, the banks could claim not to have received anyone's letters regarding claims.

Best suggestion is to make the request again, in the proper fashion, and to send the £10 again. It is possible that as a standard request it might just slip through the net...and be processed without a problem.

p.s. I would also suggest you edit your post, to remove "fl*d." Someone WILL take offence at the use of this term - I grew up when thalidomide victims were treated badly, and whilst I don't take it as particularly offensive, I am sure that others will...only a word of caution...
