Ok I sent my initial request for payment in Dec 06 therefore I requested my charges from Dec 2000 to be in line with the 6 years. However now it is over the 6 years so when I file my MCOL should I take off the charges I have added for Dec 00 & Jan 01 as they are over the 6 years? Or can they be included?

did you get an answer to this question eventually as i have the same problem as a&l are saying i can only claim from date of court action not date of fist letter and i am worried they may defend on limitation act
