Hi, I'm new to this so sorry if I appear a bit vague. I started a claim against Lloyds TSB just before Christmas. I started the action on moneyclaim. A couple of days after this Lloyds agreed to pay the original amount!! I have since written to them asking for them to pay the court costs (is that unreasonable?). I haven't heard from them since but they have filed a defence and I have got my court questionnaire. Should I be happy with the original amount and not worry about the £50 court fee? If I continue with the action how will the court view me not accepting the original amount? Any suggestions. Philfurniture
You are entitled to claim your court issue fees once you have started your claim also the interest. If you do not recieve both of these then your claim continues as it has not been settled .
You will need to pay again when you return your aq but again you will get this money back .
