Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have just received a letter from HSBC saying that they are withdrawing my banking facilities on my account (I have started 2nd claim on the account as they persisted in charging me!) they are going to close my account on 19th February (Bothered, I dont even use it anymore!).
I also have a flexiloan, and also a joint account, will they also close these accounts? I have also started another claim on another account (3rd claim) that amounts to over £750 in charges Im not bothered if they close my loan as I can afford to pay it back anyway but I was more concerned about my joint account as my wife hasnt done anything wrong can they close this?
