Default Help. Single or Double claim?

I have a claim of 1500 with Halifaxicon/Bos and want to know how to initiate this claim. I have 2 accounts one totalling 937 and one totalling 518. Should i claim separately or together? I understand that I cannot claim for over 750 in the small claims courts in Scotland, but can claim for mor with a summery clause? would it be more effective to claim for the whole ammounts in one or one small claims and one summery clause.
    Any advice would be great!
    thanks

    Hi there

Claim it all on one claim through summary cause and use your list of charges to verify what you are actually claiming for. You can claim up to £1500 using summary cause and then add 8% interesticon on top of your claim.

    Good luck
