Hello and welcome, spend some time reading the FAQS and the Step by step instructions. Once you are well read start a thread in your bank forum. Send the SAR asking for your statements since your account opened. As you are new to this I would claim for the last 6 years to start with. Then you could try for further charges please be aware this is still being tested.
