    Default how far can i claim back to

    Hi.

    I have been an account holder of Natwesticon since 1985. My account is not actively used, but I continue to pay into it as I have a bank loan.

    Over the years I have had many penality charges applied to my account, due to unauthorised borrowing (overdrawn to be precise).

    My question is, can I still file a claim against Natwest Bank?

    Yes you can claim back for up to 6 years. Beyond that you run into the statute of limitationsicon.
