    Default Getting their acts together

RBSicon have responded very quickly and efficiently to my SARicon. I have clocked up my charges and I'm surprised to finf they total just over £2000. I have included their interesticon rate of 17.85%. Could someone clarify if we can claim the maintenance fee back, I have some charges of just £5 but they mount up and it was my £5 in the first place.

If you are referring to the account charge i.e for a royalties account etc then you cannot claim them back as you signed to agree to that specific amount to handle your account and have the 'benefits'.

    Hope this clarifies things
