    Default interest

    Hi all

    i have just received my statements and just wondered do i only claim back the charges (CHG on statement) or can i claim back the interesticon aswell that has been taken (INT on statement)

    all help appreciated

    I claimed for the interesticon as well as the charges and have received three payments to date via the Small Claims- Good luck.

    BoS-sm claim1 return date 23.11.06
    £633.12 settled 05/10/06 (no 8% interest!!!)
    BoS-sm claim2 return date 07.12.06
    £512.00 settled 04/12/06
    BOS - sm claim 3 lodged 02.11.06 for £701.86

    Yes, I also claimed back my interesticon but not the whole of my monthly CHG figure.
