Default Any idea what will happen next?

    Hello!

    Hi Maud
You will get a reply from the court indicating the actions you need to take to complete your claim.
Just post back here when you get the reply, and if you need advice everybodys here to help
    Nothing to worry about.

Once the Woolwich/Barclaysicon have filed their aqicon, the court will set a court date and allocate a track, usually Small Claims if under 5K, Fast Track if above. If the court is busy the hearing date may be 2 - 3 months ahead, less if not busy.

Anyway once the date has been set, you can expect a call from Barclays, usually about 7 days before the hearing date offering to settle in full

Preliminary Letter sent to Woolwich 05/06
    LBA sent 19/06
    Court claim filed 04/07 : Total £824.75
    Acknowledgement of Service 27/07
    Defence received 08/08
    AQ filed 11/08
    Barclays AQ filed 05/09
    Hearing date 20/12
    SETTLED IN FULL £840.49: 14/12/06
