We claimed two amounts from the Halifux the first was £526 from the current account which we got plus £250(ish) in charges and interesticon. At the same time though, we claimed £300 from the credit card.
Now we've had a letter saying that we're claiming far too much on the current account (they're assuming the £300 is an aditional claim on the current account).

We've sent them two letters saying that we're happy with the current account settlement but the remaining £300 is from the credit card account...

Well it's going to court on Monday and it's not looking great. I have copies of the letter I sent the Halifaxicon but when I handed in my allocation questionaire to the courts I included the copies of all the statements but misplaced the originals.

I'm flapping now because the Halifax sent letters that they plan to use to defend but we had nothing to send back...

I'm very tempted to just not turn up at all but I suppose that there's a chance it will still go against me!

Help guys. Worst case scenario - What will the court chargs be?
