Thread: Me vs Nationwide

Hi all!

I've just sent my lba off after sending my S.A.R and PRELIM in the timescales before, my claim is for £1985 but from the looks of things im prob going to have to go to the next court stage hey?!

I'm at the same stage as you and from reading other threads it looks as though NW do nothing until you actually file a claim.

I believe that they are hoping that the majority of claimants will drop out and not file as the thought of court terrifies some people.
