Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi every one in group, its nice to join you and I hope we are all successful in our tasks...(Anybody know the penalty in the UK for a highway man robbing innocent passers-by) I have tried already with two letters with a list of charges and dead lines and have been completely ignored so far! So back to the drawing board. I shall try again using the spreadsheets supplied in this order very impressive.
What letters and list of charges have you sent them? You may not be as far off the track as you think. Spend some more time reading the FAQs (click the link below my sig to get there)
Also spend plenty of time in your HSBC forum to familiarise yourself with how otheres are getting on.
If you have any specific questions, post them here and lots of lovely people will share their knowledge with you.
