hi Im just at the stage where i need to send the letter asking for my charges back but have couple questions

Do I take the interest column of the spreadsheet as ive read you dont add the interest at this stage

Also on the preliminary letter do i remove the part that says about the overdraft icon

fees and just add the charges as im adding interest later

help would be really appreciated many tks.

Hi, when you do the spreadsheet, it will already have the interest icon

automatically calculated. Save it, then take out the column with the interest and save it as something else, print it off and send it. When you are doing the letter, just amend it to your purposes. - I thought you already had a thread? you should really keep all your posts regarding your claim in one thread, it makes it easier for you too see your progress
