I made a claim against Egg in May last year, and received a reply from the Judge asking me to state the basis in Law in which the defendants fees are 'unlawful at common Law, statute and recent consumer regulations'.
I replied to the Judge with the relevant info, but later got a letter from the Judge saying the claim had been struck out.
