Thread: Stu vs Barclaycard PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone,

Read lots of threads, cant really find anyone that is in the same boat as me.

I have had a Barclaycard for 4 years, iv been over my credit limit for the past year, making small payments but my minimum payment is high.

I want claim the charges back and I estimate these will be in the region of £500. Can I claim even though I am over my limit and still incurring charges every month?

Yes you can claim even if you are over the limit. Get your SAR off as soon as possible!
