Default hi there - new member

    Hello
I have just started to calculate my charges in a claim against the Woolwich. Can anyone tell me if I am also able to claim back "Unauthorised overdrafticon adminicon Charges" or is it just specific charges for unpaid DD's etc? Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hello everyone,
Just drafted my first letter to reclaim over £800 of charges from Abbeyicon. After showing my mum this website, she took on Abbey and came away with £300 so I know it can be done!

    Hi Tony,
Yes lots have gone the same distance the banks try to put you off by stalling. Keep at them they will make an offer soon probally not for the full amount say you will only accept it as part payment of monies owed then they will pay up.

    Go for it its yours.

as long as you have all your papers in order you wont lose. Keep at them the only losers at the moment are the banks. Plus they pay court costs as well.
