Thread: HAVE I WON just entered a Judgment????

Hi people i need help

ok on the 15/12/06 i filled my claim on MCOL ,a waited 14 days then on the very last day the back acknowledged, which was the 03/01/07,was a bit gutted they did.
ok so they had a further 14 days to act then yesterday was the deadline for the extra 14 days,i checked on MCOL this morning expecting to see another spanner chucked into the pipe line, i clicked enter a judgment as you do and low and behold it said i could as it seems the bank hasnt responded.
So i filled the form clicking money to be paid stright away etc etc .
have never been this far before does this mean that i have won can anybody give me advice????

Really but i rung the court and they told me that if they dont pay me they will get a CCJ against them,i would of thought that after the 28 days then that would be that, how likely is that they will get to put aside the judgement ??? and how will i know this will i know by looking at MCOL or by post if this is true then i am well pived about this

Just found out that Barclays have submited their defence,How long does all this go on for ???? starting to get on my tits now ,what time frame do you reckon i am looking at until i get my dough back

I applied for my judgment in December - they entered their defence the same day, and the hearing was set aside.

Since then I have filled in an allocation questionnaire and returned it by post on 29 Dec. Court have told me that Barclays haven't returned theirs, but when they do (having looked around this site) it seems it'll take a few more months before I get a hearing.

Don't expect your money within the next month. I did in December, and was disappointed. I'm expecting it some time in March now.

Hi there, Barclays didn't enter a defence for our claim by the deadline of 18th Jan so we entered a judgment on 19th Jan. It took until 26th Jan to log with the court but they accepted it and have said that they've sent the judgment to Barclays. I'm just waiting for the money back now with fingers and toes crossed. Have you had any more news?

Pork andbeef - my claim started last May, so don't hold your breath, Barclays will drag it out as long as they can.

But jsut to reassure you they offered full settlement today .....
