    Default Help With Court Issue

    Hiya I have just had a date for a preliminary hearing at Portsmouth Court it was sent out on 12th of Jan with a date for the 26th Jan. it says please ensure all correspondance relating to the above hearing has the hearing date and time and case number but it doesn't mention court bundles or a deadline to get them to the Court what do I do send them anyway or wait and see.Has anyone else had a preliminary hearing ?

    Is this a date for a directions hearing? If it is then you dont need to do the bundle. Perhaps check with the Court and get them to clarify

    Telephone the Court and ask them what the current status is of your claim, you'll probably find them most helpful.
