Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have now received details of all my charges and sent out a letter asking for £1600 back. they have now sent a lett adv they will not pay so I'm sticking to the timetable.
I fully expect to have to file a claim in court and am confused in relation to the interest. Having filled out the excel spreadsheet it's calculated the interest I am entitled to claim on the right hand side but at the bottom it has Judicial interest at 8% which stays at £0.00. Is this seperate or do I have to add more interest??? Very confused (remember I'm filling in the Scottish one)
