    Default LBA problems

    hi everyone i rang the recovery department today asking if they recieved my lbaicon they said they havent i sent this on the 28th dec i did send it recorded and i have had a look on the royal mail website and it was delivered and sighed for . The bloke at the recovery dept said that they were going to offer me a goodwill gestureicon of £750 but now they are not as i said i am going to file a claim is this right . PLEASE HELP AMY

    Just carry on, give them the 14 days like you said on the lbaicon, then start your Court claim.

    Hi Ansa.
    Personally I never encourage telephone callsicon for this reason, cross wires, changing of minds and no paper trial for proof in hard copy of any offers or decisions.

    If an offer is made you have to accept it but acceptance that it is not Full and finalicon and that you will be going ahead to court to claim the remaining amount.

    They will make you an offer as it looks good in court, you may well still recieve the letter, if so then reply with the letter in the template section.

    hi but the man on the phone said they wont make an offer because i am starting court proceedings but do you still think they will make one also they have not recieved my lbaicon CHEERS
