I am looking in to getting a default removed from not paying a coupla SLC DD's.

I have been reading the few threads on SLC and am a little confused. This contract started 10 years ago and so I presume there is no point sending a CCA request for a copy of the original agreement in the hope they have lost it since the record is more than 6 yearsicon old.

What would my steps be?

Do I send a standard SARicon Request and amend the template to say loan as opposed to bank account etc..... ?
