hi everyone, this is my 1st post so i apologise if i do anything wrong

I have just sent my lbaicon claiming back £1368, I don't owe Capital One anything and havent done for over a year but my account is still open. I know if (when) i file a claim i can add 8% interesticon but i've heard about some other type of interest.. compound or something, is it too late to add this or do i add it when filing a claim.

    thanks

You would have to resend your LBA and redo you your Shedule of charges. Compound contractual interest spreadsheets are found here
    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...readsheet.html

    or here take your pick
    VAMPIRESS'S CHAMBER OF "CONSUMER ACTI...

You can claim CCI or 8% County courts act but not both.
