    Default Quick question re bundle

    Hi Guys

Bit late but it has been a while since I last wrote. Happy New (and prosperous hopefully) Year everyone.

Just a quickie, in the Court bundle, do I have to produce the actual bank statements or is the schedule of charges The Woolwich sent me proof enough?

Have just received my allocation questionnaireicon but need to make sure I am ready when I am asked for the bundle.

    Many thanks.

You should copy the statement you got from your SARicon.

You should copy the statements you got from your SARicon and include an up to date schedule of charges.

3 copies of everything, one for you, one for the Judge and one for the defendant. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...rt-bundle.html

The Woolwich only sent me a schedule in reply to my SARicon - they never sent me copies of my statements. Hopefully, I won't need a bundle but just wanted to check.

    Hi Delboy01

I didn't take these into account in my rush to start court proceedings - which is not a good thing - so I can't help you on that one. Sorry
