Quick question re bundle

Hi Guys

Bit late but it has been a while since I last wrote. Happy New (and prosperous hopefully) Year everyone.

Just a quickie, in the Court bundle, do I have to produce the actual bank statements or is the schedule of charges The Woolwich sent me proof enough?

Have just received my allocation questionnaire icon

but need to make sure I am ready when I am asked for the bundle.

that is of course the requirement should you go to court ! i dont think anyone has went to court so far !

The Woolwich only sent me a schedule in reply to my SAR icon

- they never sent me copies of my statements. Hopefully, I won't need a bundle but just wanted to check.

I only got schedules too, how did you total any charges they refunded

I didn't take these into account in my rush to start court proceedings - which is not a good thing - so I can't help you on that one. Sorry
