Default co-op do the hard work

    Hi folks,
I have written to the co-op for info held under data protection. They responded with a spreadsheet containing all the charges and interesticon I have incurred since being with them for 3 years. Are they making my life easy or what!! or do they have have something up their sleeve? Any clues welcome.

I generally find the coop a good bank, and whilst £1200 is a lot of money which I need I do think they give good service.
Anyhow, first letter went some time ago, no response, time is up and final threat letter goes tonite. Lets see what happens.....I have already won with the Halifaxicon and received £1000 from the account prior to moving to the Co-op.

It was a spreadsheet with all dates of all the charges and all the interesticon calculated.

see the other recent threads, this seems to be a new ploy to 'discourage' you from bothering to claim compound interesticon
