Default What do I do now?

    Hi all,

Have received my statments from Abbeyicon and know I have to send preliminary letter but I have just a couple of quick questions.Which address to I send my preliminary letter to asking for a refund now that I have all my statments? and do I start off with requesting the interesticon back straight away from this first letter? Also can I claim back counter fees from when they have charged me for withdrawing money over the counter rather than through an ATM?
    Thanx

    Hi wulfinuk.

Ile give you one of Abbeys addresses.

You'l find that you will end you sending letters to different addresses with Abbey as they just pass it from one department to another.

Include the interesticon when asking for your refund. Before you start sending letters off willy nilly, take time to read the FAQ's on CAGicon an other posting's in relation to Abbey. Use other's experiance to help you understand what you will need to do. Ive only just had my court date for the 19th March and thats a year from when i started,so it can take along time, but that dose depend on the amount.

    Hope this helps
    Good luck
