First of all I like to thank everyone for their input to this forum.I sent my prem letter 26th,it arrived 27th special delivery.I got a phone call from the arrogant scottish woman(Margret) from Flexaccount collections today offering me a reducing overdraft to stop my bank charges. She spoke to me like I was teenager who had just stolen from his mothers purse. Now,I went into the red when I was getting my business started 2 years ago, kept all my bank statements,as advised by my accountant. The Nationwide had charged me £2800+.It has taken me this long chasing my tail every month, borrowing off friends and family to keep my dream alive and thanks to everyone on this forum with the back bone to stand up to these baxxards I will prevail.I will keep you posted off the outcome.Anyway have a good "BANK" holiday, see you all in court!
