I bought a tv with currys and it failed within a year of purchase. I purchased the extended cover and part of the cover said that they woud collect the tv 3 days after the fault was reported .. It took them 2 Weeks!!! After many phone calls the agreed to right off the TV and give me vouchers. I then got a new tv and they collected the broken one .. 3 weeks later I got a car through the door asking if they can deliver my old tv (the repaired one) back to me. What should I do ???
Re: Currys Help They want to give me back my old TV
I work for Currys (Sorry!). It's their mistake and I don't think they were meaning to send your TV back to you. Also under your cover plan depending on which one you have you they have a limited time to repair it before writing it off so if you have passed that date when the letter was sent you demand that they write you old TV off anyway and they would have to do it becasue it is your contract.
