I received £456 worth of charges back today (which will go towards paying off my last c/c) from Lloyds TSB - so thank-you everyone - all I had to do was send them one letter!

Well done! I was just curious, did you use the letter template on this site or write your own? Just wondering, because most people seem to say they refuse to pay out when you first send them the letter on this site. As I mentioned in my thread here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ead.php?t=5835 I'm moving abroad soon and so ideally I'd like to have this sorted out ASAP, and thought it might be worth appealing to their nice side (if such a thing exists) since it's not a terribly large amount I'm claiming (£530, so similar to yours) and I have been good and got my account back in the black now.

They were okay about it and paid me within the 14 days.
