Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
The so and so's got me. Must have been waiting in a doorway, and got me for 45 mins in a 30 minute free parking zone. Thing is the guy has put the car as yellow on the ticket, it is actually green (this is on the registration document). Does anyone know if I'd have any luck appealing on these grounds?

Then the pcn is invalid the colour stated has to be near enough i.e if the car is black then putting dark blue is ok. but green to yellow is way out, wait for the Notice to owner to arrive then challenge the PCN on the grounds that the PCN is non compliant on the grounds that they have put the wrong colour down, it may be rejected but you will be able to take it to the NPAS (National Parking Adjudication Service) for Ajudication if they let it go that far.

Hi. yes you can send in a letter of representation, either hand deliver and make sure it is date stamped or send via Recorded delivery the 14 day deadline will be put on hold, until you are notified if they reject it wait for the NTO there may be other problems with the pcn if you can get a pic on pepipoo website we can all have a look at it, the following website is a much bigger Forum for parking stuff and you can put pics on easy.
