Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I feel like a stalker on here (LOL)
I have yet another problem. today I've finally received statements from HSBC for the periods of 14th Jan to 13 Dec 05 and 14th Dec 05 to 13 Dec 06 for my current account so I will be compiling a spreadsheet today on the charges they applied during that period.
My problem is:
I have had other accounts with them at different branches (Walthamstow, Stratford, Lakeside and now my current one) they all fall in the 6year period but as I do NOT recall the account numbers HSBC will not issue me statements on those accounts.
Is there anyway that I can find out what they were, keeping in mind I have no paperwork (Silly me)!!
I have sent them the SAR it took months just to get these statements, but HSBC said as I have no other account numbers they can NOT help me. I got abit confused when they said that as I was sure they would have to with the SAR.
Also, I want to at least compile this list and send it back to them (by recorded delivery) but do you think I should wait for the rest to arrive, but goodness knows when they will finally arrive!
