    Default PPI and fees in same case ?

    I have a case against RBSicon credit card on both the standard fees side and being mis-sold PPIicon can i bring this together in one clain or would it have to be two separate cases ?

    Anybody advise ?

    bring it together in one case as they will not defend the charges part i would suggest to everyone if going for PPIicon back get a charge and then sue
