    Default Advice Needed Asap Please

    Hi,

I am trying to claim back over £3k of bank charges with The Royal Bank of Scotlandicon. I have sent the initial letter in which I received all my statements. I then sent the 2nd letter with a list of all my charges, which they have replied too with a Full and final settlement of £570. Which letter do I need to send now??? I have been looking at the lbaicon letter (no.3) but the beginning of the letter doesnt quite make sense because it says they havent responded when they have. So I was wondering if I needed to skip a letter and send something else. Could you please let me know which letter I need to send now??? ASAP .... I really want to stick to my deadline as much as poss.

Also, I have been sending 3 separate letters and 3 separate spreadsheets of charges for my 3 separate accounts I had with them which have all had charges on them at some stage. Is this the way I should be doing it (as long as I quote the account number on each one) or should I be sending one letter and one spreadsheet for all of them together????

    Thanks

Send lbaicon from template and simply delete 'you have not replied' and replace with something like 'thankyou for your reply, however....'

MAkes no difference. I found it easier to keep my claims seperate.
