Question Well What Do I Do !!!!!!!!

Having read quite alot of the posts in most forums, I really dont know where to start. I have between me and hubby something like 8 CC and the charges for late payment etc we have had over the last 6 yearsicon would make your hair curl.

Just had statement from Accucard (even though they have been informed we have joined CCCS) charge me £20 late payment, £20 Default Notice, £20 being over credit limit. Which they have put me over with the charges.

Also found out Bank Charges from Lloydsicon this week ( personal account £370) Business Account(£410)

And they have the nerve to file an notice of lost of trust or something like that.

My Business Manager never phones me I leave numerous messages he never phones.

    I hate banks and CC's

So i sit here reading everyones posts wondering should i try??????

    Yes you should.

Look at your accounts and see which one has the oldest charges and start with that one.

There's no reason that you can't have them all running at once, but it's best to start with one and at least get a few weeks under your belt before starting on the others.

So first things first, send of some DPA letters, and work out who's charged you what.

Cool Re: Well What Do I Do !!!!!!!!

I do know from personal experience Lloydsicon rolls over. A few years ago paid a chq into Business Account. Phoned up 3 days later to be told it had cleared. Gave the items to my customer to recieve a letter next day to say he had stopped chq. Police etc were involved cause this guy had form for this sort of thing (didnt know at the time) my sister worked at hq and told me who to phone and what to say.

Two days later they refunded the money and asked for crime number etc. But get this they never went after the money owed. Police caught 12 months later he got 2years. But it was us they mentioned as being defrauded and not Lloyds

Also a few years ago my ex brother in law owed Barclaycard about £4k and would not pay said he couldnt so they wrote to him and wrote off the debt. Can you believe it

Have a read of these and the step by step instructions. Collect all your statements together for the past 6 yearsicon and see if there are any missing. If so u can send a DPA request to the relevant bank/s asking for any missing statements.

It really is best to read the FAQ's and the instructions a few times to get your head around it all. It took me a while! Keep reading around the forum for a few days and things will become alot clearer. It will make u moredetermined to get ur money back and there is a very good chance you will.

If u unsure of anything just ask!
