This is my first post, although I have been reading and taking advice from the site for some time now.
I have to date requsted just over £6000 on 2 accounts from Natwest, they made me an offer of £700 which I rejected and have started a claim in the county court. They have entered a defence.
Today I have received a further offer from Cobbetts for just over £3000 to settle in full, my allocation questonairre is to be returned by monday, so I have decided to reject the offer.
