Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I would like to ask a general question (not sure where this should go) and do please forgive my ignorance.
Having read that the banks cronies look within this site and have access to the advice and threads without registering, and possibly link this to a name, it seems a shame that the part of the site that is locked is the templates etc. of which no doubt they have seen plenty of.
Would it be far too costly/time consuming to block unregistered persons from the actual threads.
Like I say, forgive my ignorance I'm sure this topic has been raised, but I thought it interesting none the same,
true, but at the moment you see 'guests' viewing your threads, this would be eliminated and the 'identity' of unwanted visitors I believe would eventually show their true colours.
it has been known, I believe, for such like to give bad or conflicting advice, even discourage posters.
