Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm in the process of trying to do an income/expenditure sheet for a creditor before they will accept an offer on monthly payments. I've done this in the past but underestimated how much I actually paid out.
Does anyone know where to get the calculations you should use when it comes to including things like how much it costs to feed each person for a week and clothes/birthdays etc. I've seen it before on a site but can't find it now.
