    Hi All, I am hoping to reclaim from the Abbeyicon although my current charges (for £140,00) have not yet been taken from my account. Should i wait for this or continue with a claim prior to this happening?

    Spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guide in the library section. That will answer most of your initial questions.
