I've just started my claim in the small claims court of Northwich, just got back the letter of defense from alliance & L saying they are going to defend it ha! Myself am willing to take it as far as i can because the bank have all my money and have I nothing to lose , I am disabled and just had £109.00 taken out of my disability money or should i say care allowance, they don’t give a dam about me, they ruined this Christmas and last Christmas so I not only want all my money back but compensation for the upset and ill health this has caused me over the Christmas hols having no money to spend at all.

Well I won my case just got £450 off A & L now waiting for compensation for all the crap i went through. so everyone take it from me it is easy so go get your money
They settled out of court but i want compensation for all the crap i went through, they took my care allowance off me to pay the charges, DISCUSSTING OR WHAT? Anyway just waiting to hear from the judge, any day now.
You go for it ,im in very similar situation having been ill and signed off work and they have offered me £100 after i asked for my data about charges.Im awaiting my data to see how much ive been charged over the years but even if it ends up being £101 i will fight them all the way for that extra pound they are a diabolical bank and do severe damage to people who happen to be struggling through life. i can't believe that they took your care allowance from you - actually no, scrub that I can believe it
I'm just waiting for the 14 day deadline then I'll be filing my MCOL for nearly £2k - stupid thing is that with the interest/costs etc they are going ot have to pay me about £2.5k - why are they not just learning, asving themselves a few quid & settling when the lba's come in?! Oh well - no accounting for lunacy on their part I suppose!!
Their hope, redgemini, is that some people will fall at one of the many hurdles they put in the way. Unfortunately some people do give up, so it pays them to do it this way.
