Lorna v's Barclaycard
Today, having found a couple of hundred quid has been squirreled in to Barclaycards pocket over the last year, I have decided that I shall be claiming it back. I thought that I had been doing really well. Actually there is a £20 charge on nearly every statement! There is one random £12 charge, which as far as the statements are concerned is for exaclty the same as the £20 charge so I have no idea why that month it cost me less!!
Anyway - I spoke with a monkey at Barclaycard. He told me I had to pay £3 per statement. I told him I didn't. He spent 10mins checking with his supervisor after which I still told him he was wrong. I now have the address to send my SARthing to.
I don't actually hate Barclaycard ... yet! They haven't done anything to make me mad really, but I want to practice on them first because I want to get a hell of a lot of money back from my Barclays
