Hi
I am just about to send my aq to barclaycard but just wondered if i needed to send anything else to the court or to Barclaycard as their defence blabs on about not giving enough info etc (even though they have my statements).
Also When i started my claim months ago it was for £573, then refunded £184 of it into my accoutn without telling me first. SO when i did my court claim i did it for £389. I now do not know how to work my interest out incase i need to send proof as i do not know which charges they refunded.
Please help.
It should be ok the way you have done it if you followed the Template for filling an aq.
I personally would'nt worry to much about the difference (you could always do a new speadsheet with the remainder of penalties ,the interest on what they have refunded probably dose not amount too much and may not be worth the effort)
When you refer to their defence did you a MCOL or N1, if MCOL then you should have sent three copies of your shedule to the main MCOL court at Northampton (maybe Nottingham).
If your really bothered post the defence on here and we'll take a look

Hi Kelise
I am at exactly the same stage as you, received yesterday the defence
all 14 points and the aq. Will deal with it tomorrow and post back on Monday. I never sent 3 copies to the court of the schedules, I sent 1 to the court and 1 to Barclaycard. I would have thought that was sufficient.
From what I understand they drag it out till about 3 weeks before the court date then pay up. Why they play these games I will never understand. Anyway, I wish you good luck with your claim and look forward to hearing some good news!
Regards

You must i believe send 3 copies to the court as they have to send them out to the defendant, yourself(i know you have one) and them its just the way its done. Then nobody can say they were never recieved.

I agree with big al, if you used MCOL you must send out three schedules to the court.
If you don't/haven't and the bank claims in their defence you haven't supplied enough info you risk your claim being struck out,
And they wont settle because they wont need to.
