Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well having already started my own claim with Barclays, my Bride to be has decided that I should do hers as well seeing as I've already done the reading. So off we go.... Got her statements, and it would appear approx. 4 - 4.5k is heading our way in approx. 5 months time (given the average length of successful claims on here), and assuming they don't pay straight up (we can all dream, especially when we're meant to be busy planning our wedding in 9months time!).
Have sent the Pre-lim today, so lets see how we get on. Would really appreciate any advice you guys can give me.
Just ask away, if you need any advice. As this is your second claim, I'm sure you have a little experience of what you are doing. Remember to send your prelim by recorded. Good luck.

I will be in sunny Jamaica from 18th to 24 May thanks to Barclaycard
Definitely the right time to start - nine months before you actually need the money!
Get those holiday brochures out now! Think Caribbean rather than Cornish Riviera
