    Question American express bluecard questions

    Hello just going to start proceedings with American Expressicon starting with S.A.R. Subject access requesticon. Sending a tenner- hope a postal order is acceptable.
    History with them not good account is now with NCO Europe Ltd trading as RMA. Just received postcard from them saying they are calling between 9 and one Saturday
    1-- should i tell them account is in disputeicon
    2-- should i also write and tell them account is in dispute
    3-- should i make arrangement with them to pay something before outcome of dispute

    Hi Tawny,
    Until you send in the prelim letter asking for the charges back, the account is not yet in dispute. I would write to the DCAicon and advise them the account is in dispute as soon as you send the prelim. To stall dealing with them. I would send a CCA request to the agency which is letter N on this link. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...templates.html this should stall them for long enough to get the info back frem Amexicon and get your prelim in.     4 Suppose its just the waiting game now 12 days and counting
