Hi, i'm also in Edinburgh and in the process of getting my charges back from BOSicon. You can claim up to £1,500.(Summary Cause). The forms are almost identical the difference being when the court return your claim papers to you ,you have to get a sheriffs officer to serve the claim, this does not cost that much, somewhere between £12 and £45.I won my first claim against Bos, I went small claims(£750) But my second claim is Summary Cause(£1,500).I am claiming back about £6,000 but will have to split it into a number of seperate claims, takes longer but I will still get my cash back. I will have to claim one at a time.

    Hope this helps.
    Best wishes.

    Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.
