Thread: spritzer v Egg

Took Egg to task on 10th december for £148 in overlimit charges on my account.

recieved first letter of denial within 5 days as they say this in the customer charter time limit set by them.

sent a reply back saying not good enough and they now offered me £24.

they seem to be confused on what im asking for although the letter is straighforward and to the point as per consumer action template.

will be accepting the £24 as part payment if they want to pay it n carry on with final notice for court action.

final note is my account is now zero and they threatened to close my account.

bring it on will fight for whats right.
