Hi Everyone
I've been having a good read of loads of threads and am delighted that so many people have been successful in reclaiming their bank charges. Personnally, I've joined the group a bit late in the game. I've already begun court proceedings against my bank, Barclays, but from what I've been reading I've followed the correct procedures etc!
I've just received my Allocation Questionaire and am in the process of filling it in to send back to the court. I am attempting to reclaim £820.00 from Barclays and am greatly reassured by what I've been reading on this site. Some people have managed to reclaim much more than that!
I am a bit worried at the thought of actually having to go to court, but am hoping it won't go that far and the bank will settle at the last minute as seems to have been the case for other people! Any advice or tips would be greatly received!
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself, I'll keep you posted on any developments!
