Hi
This is my first post, I've been reading up as much as I can on this forum, but i'm still unsure how to fill in the spreadsheets. I'm claiming back charges from Bank of Scotland and on their statements they only have "Charges as Notified £30" Do I have to work out what that charge was for and put that in or can I just put Charges as Notified. Can anyone help please.
i'm pretty new too, but have just sent off my letter with charge statement i made up my own spreadsheets with 3 colums date, what the charge was for (in this case "charges as nofified) and the amount in the 3rd column then totalled it up at the bottom:
23/7/03 charges as notified £30
Total £30
don't no if its right, oh and remember to put the account number on it somewhere so they can't stall you by saying they never got them, just don't give them any excuse, thats what i've learnt from on here anywhere. good luck.
When I filled in my spreadsheet, down the left hand collum I put
Charges As Notified. I won my case so I'm sure that's the way to go.
I'm also with BOS, and yes add your interest on the spreadsheet.
Best wishes with your claim.
Scott.

have found out tonight that you only add interest at this stage if you want to add contractual interest (looks like any other interest rate other then the 8%) otherwise just fill in your spreadsheets like i've put above and then add interest at 8% when it goes to court (haven't done that yet so i'll need all the help i can get then hehe) hope you understand this, i get myself confused at the best of times!!
I am at the lba stage now and I need some help with the wording, I have looked at the template for this but it starts I am very disappointed that you have failed to resond to my letter The problem is I did get a reply to my prelim saying they were investigating but it may take up to 4 weeks I know it is important to keep to the time scale, so any help would be appreciated
