Settled.
My dad has had a cheque from Natwest for the full amount of his claim... I have now got to close his claim with money claim.

Can I do this online does anyone know, or do i have to write to the court?

5th September, Letter sent asking for £280 in charges back.
19th September, Letter before action sent.
15th October, Money Claim form entered (bit late because letter got posted slightly late!)
23rd October - deemed served. 28 days for them to reply, they have ticked they intend to defend.
16th November - Defence filed by Lloyds.
18th November - Defence recieved in Post
29th November - AQ returned to court.
January 07 letter from court, court date in March

Capital One
19th September, Phone call with Capital One, requesting copies of all old statements
10th November - Date Protection request for statements sent.
11th Jan - Letter sent asking for charges back.(£912.00)

Smile
17th October - Secure Message to request £22.50 back.
18th October - Reply from Smile to say they are crediting me back today!
